Kaitlin Dixon serves as an Of Counsel attorney for Ward Law LLC. Her practice focuses on divorce, parenting time, and custody cases, as well as paternity cases. With over 10 years combined experience as a prosecutor in Sumner, Harvey, and Cowley Counties, Kaitlin brings her background in Child in Need of Care (CINC) cases to Ward Law, where she represents parents, grandparents, and interested parties and appeals for both CINC cases and family law cases.
Having worked extensively with law enforcement agencies and social service agencies, Kaitlin understands the intricacies of CINC cases and is committed to helping clients make the best decisions in difficult situations. She is dedicated to vigorously representing clients in Court and for them to know that they have a skilled attorney who not only knows the law but who will fight for them at both the district court and appellate court levels.
Kaitlin was born and raised in Wichita, KS, and decided to attend law school after taking a First Amendment class in college. She received her BA in English Language and Literature with a Communication Minor from Wichita State University in 2007. In 2010 she received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Kaitlin and her husband love living in Wichita with their six animals (two long-haired chihuahuas and four cats)! She also treasures spending time with and spoiling her nieces and nephew.
