Lynn Ward founded Ward Law LLC in 2005. The firm focuses on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, adoption, and child-in-need-of-care cases. The firm also provides litigation alternatives such as collaborative family law, mediation, and arbitration. The mission of the firm is to help clients find independence and self-confidence by compassionately and efficiently navigating them through major changes in their families.
Lynn’s focus is on financially sophisticated divorce cases, particularly those involving professionals, business valuations, or agricultural assets. She is comfortable trying cases in the courtroom or negotiating them outside of court.
Lynn grew up on a farm south of Clay Center, Kansas. Her father had a cow-calf operation and grew wheat and soybeans. She and her husband, Dale, moved to Wichita, Kansas, in 1990, where they have had successful legal careers over the past 33 years.
Lynn is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Wichita and served in many leadership capacities for the organization, including its President in 2006-07.
