Our Support Team

Jeannie Hinkle | Office Manager

Jeannie Hinkle is Ward Law’s Office Manager and is the master of many tasks. Our heads spin at the list of things she does on a daily basis. She manages invoicing and payment processing as well as internal office technology systems for the Ward Law team. Her goal is to offer clean, fair, and understandable billing and a compassionate voice when addressing billing questions. It’s a good thing she studied primary education at Butler Community College because she’s great at keeping us all on track. We couldn’t do our jobs without her. If you asked her, she’d say her secret superpower wish is to be able to be in two places at one time. However, we think she already possesses that power. Jeannie never stops.

If you were an office supply what would you be?

“The stapler, because I’m good at digging my claws in and making things come together!” – Jeannie H.

Liz McKenna | Paralegal

Liz McKenna uses her 20+ years of experience to help provide the firm’s clients with comprehensive paralegal support. She supports Lynn by maintaining files, drafting documents, filing motions, and preparing the various documents required for our client’s cases. When she isn’t busy at the office you will find Liz cheering on her beloved OU Sooners. She lives for her coffee and LOVES her grandkids! If she isn’t busy enough, Liz is an expert needle pointer with a wild obsession for crazy socks. If you asked her what superpower she would want Liz would tell you time travel so she could visit any place at any time. We think that’s a cool idea, however, we want to keep her all to ourselves.

If you were an office supply what would you be?

“I think I am kind of like a filing cabinet – I have a lot of knowledge and experience about a lot of different things!” – Liz M.

Robin Busch | Paralegal

Robin Busch, one of Ward Law's dynamic paralegals, offers invaluable support to the Ward Law LLC attorneys. Robin brings a diverse background, impeccable organizational skills, and a sharp sense of communication to the Ward Law team. She collaborates closely with our attorneys to draft documents, organize files, and assemble exhibits for trials. Her primary mission is to provide our attorneys with an additional set of hands, allowing them to focus their expertise on serving our clients' needs. Robin plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the dedicated attention they deserve. She is a busy mom with a fun, blended family of four kids. When she isn’t at the office, you can find her running across the city from one sporting event to another!

If you were an office supply what would you be?

“I think I’d be a planner. It comes naturally to me with all my kids’ hectic schedules. I like the organization and quick ability to recall who has what going on at any given time. Just don’t ask me what’s for dinner!” – Robin B.

Kat Webb | Paralegal

Kathrina Webb, our newest paralegal, brings a diverse background and a passion for the law to Ward Law LLC. With over five years of experience as a paralegal in law firms and corporate settings, Kat is accurate and efficient in legal processes. At Ward Law, she works closely with the firm's senior paralegals, downloading documents, preparing letters, and preparing pleadings to support clients' cases. Born and raised in Quezon City, Philippines, Kat's journey into the legal field began with her education at the University of Santo Tomas, where she earned a degree in AB Legal Management before pursuing a Bachelor of Laws. Inspired by her childhood experiences and a desire to help families navigate legal disputes with compassion, Kat is a valuable addition to the Ward Law team.

She advocates for Mental Health Awareness and supports local artists in her community, embodying her commitment to social responsibility. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kat's loves learning and Korean pop culture and cinema. Ironically, Kat has a cat! Her kitty’s name is Misa.

If you were an office supply what would you be?
