Our Support Team

Jeannie Hinkle  |  Team Leader

Jeannie Hinkle is Ward Law’s Office Manager and is the master of many tasks. Our heads spin at the list of things she does on a daily basis. She manages invoicing and payment processing as well as internal office technology systems for the Ward Law team. Her goal is to offer clean, fair, and understandable billing and a compassionate voice when addressing billing questions. It’s a good thing she studied primary education at Butler Community College because she’s great at keeping us all on track. We couldn’t do our jobs without her. If you asked her, she’d say her secret superpower wish is to be able to be in two places at one time. However, we think she already possesses that power. Jeannie never stops.

If you were an office supply, what would it be and why?

“The stapler, because I’m good at digging my claws in and making things come together!” – Jeannie H.

Matt Green  |  Client Care Coordinator

Matt Green serves as the Ward Law LLC Client Care Coordinator. Matt is a Wichita, Kansas native and proud graduate of Wichita State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Taking care of our clients is Matt’s top priority. He is the first person who welcomes our guests as they arrive at our offices and the friendly voice who greets our callers. Matt has worked in the medical, pharmaceutical, and aircraft industries and served as an office manager and director for over 29 years. In addition, Matt is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the Academy of Certified Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE). He received his certification as a substitute teacher through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE). If that isn’t enough, he’s also a certified Aviation Sheetmetal Assembler! Matt strives to offer the clients of Ward Law a professional and compassionate experience, whether it’s their first visit to our firm or their final day closing their case. "Matt exudes gentle kindness, and we are so happy to have him as a part of the Ward Law team." Lynn Ward, Founding Attorney, Ward Law LLC.

If you had a superpower, what would it be and why?

“The ability to read minds (it would be extremely helpful at home and work).”

– Matt G.

Kelci Linarez | Paralegal

Kelci Linarez is a Paralegal at Ward Law LLC, where she supports our attorneys and clients with care and attention to detail. Though new to the legal field, Kelci brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new things. She’s quickly become an integral part of our team.

Kelci was born in Arkansas City, Kansas, and raised in both Pittsburg and Mulvane, Kansas. She graduated from Mulvane High School in 2012 and earned her Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Butler Community College in 2015. Her career path has included lifeguarding, working in nursing homes as a CNA and CMA, and serving the public through Sedgwick County’s Health Department and Clerk’s Office.

At Ward Law, Kelci aims to be a reassuring and responsive resource for our clients—especially during what can be one of the most stressful times of their lives. She values the welcoming, supportive environment created by Lynn and the team and is committed to delivering the same compassion and professionalism to those we serve.

Kelci and her husband have been married for seven years and have three young children together, including seven-year-old twin boys. She describes motherhood as her lifelong dream and greatest joy. Her favorite quote, “God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers,” reflects her dedication to family.

When she’s not working or spending time with her family, Kelci enjoys supporting causes that benefit animals and children. She’s also hoping to begin volunteering soon. Kelci describes herself as a “highlighter” in the office: bright, noticeable, and ready to help things stand out. We couldn’t agree more.
