Lynn Ward founded Ward Law Offices, LLC, in 2005.

From the beginning, the firm has focused on Kansas family law. The firm handles divorce, child custody, parenting time, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, visitation by grandparents, and paternity cases. The firm also provides litigation alternatives such as collaborative family law, mediation, and arbitration. The mission of Ward Law LLC is to guide clients through changes in their families with empathy, excellence, and expertise. We strive to calm chaos and focus on the resolution, not the battle.

T. Lynn Ward | Founding Attorney

T. Lynn Ward is the founding attorney of Ward Law LLC. From the beginning, the firm has focused on family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, paternity, adoption, and child-in-need-of-care cases. The firm also provides litigation alternatives such as collaborative family law, mediation, and arbitration. Lynn’s focus is on high-asset divorce cases, particularly those involving business valuations or agricultural assets. She is a trained mediator and has also arbitrated divorce cases. She is equally comfortable trying cases in the courtroom or negotiating them outside of court.

The mission of the firm is to help clients find independence and self-confidence by compassionately and efficiently navigating them through major changes in their families.

Jessica Hensley Suhr | Of Counsel

Jessica is a dedicated attorney serving her clients with great care and expertise. For over 17 years, Jessica has focused on providing compassionate care for children and families. As an Of Counsel attorney at Ward Law LLC, Jessica is handling family law matters, including child custody, child support, the establishment of paternity, and divorce. Jessica has a deep commitment to families in need in the Wichita community. After graduation, Jessica worked at Kansas Legal Services, where she worked on family law matters, protection from abuse cases, and social security disability cases.
